This is my second time subscribing. (I was a part of the original group to subscribe--at a year rate--to this app.) I think it has come far since it's launch, and has some grate guided prompts that have been incredibly helpful to set goals and process things. The biggest negative has always been price. With the monthly option available (at a semi-decent price), it's more helpful because you can use this app in sprints. But, I know it is still pretty pricey overall.

Need to subscribe for $$$ for most activities, which you'll only find out about AFTER giving them your email address and name. As their policies state, they will hand over your data to third parties. Initial impressions are poor and don't seem to match the blurb, and I wouldn't recommend it based on what I've seen. I don't know how app developers expect people to start using their apps if they design them like this. Unless they're just farming emails for resale. Deleting...

I can't unsubscribe from the free trial. I have an email from Ongo with a link to manage subscription and nothing is loading when I click it. UPDATE: Six weeks later, I've had no reply to my email or request for help here and they are still trying to charge me for subscription to this app. PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to unsubscribe if you want to and your emails will go unanswered and you will have to block the payments through your bank.
